Crockpot Tortellini Recipe

This Crockpot Tortellini Recipe is super easy to make with just a few ingredients and a few simple steps.

Ingredients

  • 9 ounces tortellini (or ravioli)
  • 5 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 14 ounces pasta sauce
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pour about half of the pasta sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the tortellini or ravioli.
  • Mix the remaining pasta sauce and heavy cream. Pour over the ravioli.
  • Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over sauce.
  • Add the spinach and toss to coat.
  • Layer the mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Turn the crockpot on low, cover and cook for 4 hours or until the pasta is tender.

Notes

Notes about ingredients and substitutions
Pasta – you can use any tortellini or ravioli.
Meat – try adding browned Italian sausage or ground beef.
Spice – add crushed red pepper flakes to spice it up.
 
Storage Instructions
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
