Pour about half of the pasta sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the tortellini or ravioli.
Mix the remaining pasta sauce and heavy cream. Pour over the ravioli.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over sauce.
Add the spinach and toss to coat.
Layer the mozzarella cheese on top.
Turn the crockpot on low, cover and cook for 4 hours or until the pasta is tender.
