How to make Slow Cooker Crockpot Chicken Tikka Masala:

Dice the onion and place it in the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker crockpot. Click for a 4 quart crockpot.

Dice the chicken and place it on top of the onion.

Pour the tomato sauce over the chicken.

In a small bowl mix the garlic, ginger, curry powder, garam masala, paprika, salt, pepper, and turmeric.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the tomato sauce in the crockpot and gently stir together.

Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 7 – 8 hours on low or 3 – 4 hours on high.

When the chicken is almost done cooking, prepare the rice according to the package directions.

Pour coconut milk into chicken and sauce, stirring all to combine.

  • 1/2 lb boneless chicken
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
