- 2 medium baking potatoes
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp coarse salt
Instructions
How to bake a potato in a toaster oven:
- Preheat the toaster oven or regular oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wash the potatoes, and dry thoroughly. Then pierce the skin several times with a knife or fork.
- In a bowl, rub the potatoes with the oil until completely coated.
- Place the potatoes on a toaster oven baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle each potato all over generously with the salt, divided evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until slightly soft and golden brown. (1 hour for larger potatoes)
- Slice the baked potatoes down the center and add your favorite potato toppings.
