How to make Creamy Chicken Florentine

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 – Lightly coat an 8×8 baking dish with olive oil.

Step 3 – In a large mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, sour cream, 1/4 cup of Parmesan, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 4 – Stir in the baby spinach leaves until coated.

Step 5 – Lay the chicken breasts in the casserole dish and spread the creamy sauce mixture over the chicken.

Step 6 – Add the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the spinach mixture.

Step 7 – Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the internal temp of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F.

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
