How to make Chicken Salad Wraps With Cranberries and Honey Roasted Almonds:

Cook the chicken according to the package directions. Allow to cool then cut into slices.

Place the tortillas on separate plates and fill each with half of the chicken slices. Top each with half of the mayo mixture.

  • 1/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries (Craisins)
  • 1/4 cup sliced honey roasted almonds
  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce( optional)
  • 2 large burrito size tortillas

Instructions
