How to make Chicken Oriental Salad:

Bake the frozen breaded chicken according to package directions. Allow to cool for a couple minutes. Cut into strips or dice into cubes.

For the Salad
  • 2 breaded boneless chicken breasts from a package
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 ounce bag Romaine lettuce
  • 8 ounce can mandarin oranges drained
  • 1/4 cup almonds sliced or slivered
  • 1/4 cup chow mein noodles
Oriental Dressing
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Canola oil
Instructions
