Fettuccine Alfredo Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup whole milk (or heavy cream)
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon jarred minced garlic (or garlic powder)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh broccoli
- 4 ounces fettuccine noodles (or other pasta)
Instructions
- On a cutting board, dice the chicken into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the cream cheese into large cubes.
- Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- At the same time, in a large frying pan sprayed with non-stick spray, cook and stir the chicken pieces until cooked through about 5 minutes.
- Mix in the cream cheese cubes and butter, stirring until the cream cheese and butter are melted.
- Add in the milk, Parmesan cheese, jarred minced garlic, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until thickened.
- Add the chopped broccoli and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the fettuccine and cook until warmed through about 2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

Loved the ease and portion size of the meal. I used Italian seasoning and garlic powder rather than the jarred garlic. I used frozen broccoli that I steamed and added at the end of the prep. We will be making this again!
