How to make BLT Chicken Salad Sandwiches:
Cut the bacon into 1 inch pieces and cook in a medium frying pan over medium heat until crisp. Leave the grease in the pan and drain the bacon on a paper towel lined plate.

Dice the chicken into bite sized cubes.

Fry the chicken pieces over medium heat in the pan with the bacon grease. Stir often until cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Drain the chicken on a paper towel lined plate.
Chop the lettuce and dice the tomato.

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

Add the chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes to the bowl. Stir well to combine.

Serve on deli sandwich rolls or large croissants.
