How to make Baked Asian Wings:

Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 C).

In a small dry frying pan (no oil or spray) cook the sesame seeds over medium heat, stirring often just until lightly browned. Click here for a small frying pan.

Mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oil, honey, ginger, green onions or chives, toasted sesame seeds, salt and pepper together in a bowl.

Toss the chicken wing portions in the sauce mixture to coat.

Bake for 40 minutes stirring once half way through cooking.

  • 4 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb chicken wing portions (wingettes and drumettes)
