Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup green onions (chopped )
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 pounds chicken wings (wingettes and drumettes)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a small dry frying pan (no oil or spray), cook the sesame seeds over medium heat, stirring often just until lightly browned.
  • Mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oil, honey, ginger, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  • Toss the chicken wing portions in the sauce mixture to coat.
  • Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and pour the wings and sauce in.
  • Bake for 40 minutes stirring once half way through cooking.
