Asian Chicken Wings Recipe
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup green onions (chopped )
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 pounds chicken wings (wingettes and drumettes)
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small dry frying pan (no oil or spray), cook the sesame seeds over medium heat, stirring often just until lightly browned.
- Mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oil, honey, ginger, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- Toss the chicken wing portions in the sauce mixture to coat.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and pour the wings and sauce in.
- Bake for 40 minutes stirring once half way through cooking.
