How to make Chicken Gnocchi Pot Pie
Step 1 – In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Step 2 – To the melted butter, add the gnocchi, peas, and carrots mix, salt and pepper. Cook stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft, about 4-5 minutes.
Step 3 – Add the soup and chicken, mix well, and cook over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

- 2 cups precooked shredded rotisserie chicken
