Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

This easy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo has homemade creamy white Alfredo sauce seasoned with garlic, shredded Parmesan cheese, and tender diced chicken all stirred together with fettuccine pasta and fresh broccoli. Ready in just 20 minutes!

How to make Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo from scratch:

Dice the chicken into bite sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the cream cheese into large cubes.

Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

In a large sauce pan, boil water and cook the fettuccine according to the package directions, then drain.

At the same time, in a large frying pan sprayed with non-stick spray, cook and stir the chicken until completely cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Mix in the cream cheese and butter, stirring until cream cheese and butter are melted.

Add in the milk, Parmesan cheese, jarred minced garlic, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for about 3 minutes or until thickened.

Add in the chopped broccoli and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Stir in the fettuccine and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

  • 6 ounces boneless skinless chicken
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
  • 4 ounces fettuccine (or other pasta)

Hi Zona, Can I use rotisserie chicken and when will I add it in?

Loved the ease and portion size of the meal. I used Italian seasoning and garlic powder rather than the jarred garlic. I used frozen broccoli that I steamed and added at the end of the prep. We will be making this again!
