Ham Broccoli Pasta Casserole is made with a creamy, cheesy sauce, packed with pasta, diced ham, chopped broccoli, and topped with more cheese.
This small batch casserole recipe makes a perfect amount for two as a lunch, dinner, or date night. It is easy and quick, ready in about 35 minutes.
I’m a huge lover of plain old macaroni and cheese! My husband, however, loves to have as many extra goodies as possible added in. So this cheesy pasta casserole was a hug hit and it’s really delicious too!
This is a perfect dish to use up some left over ham from Christmas or Easter.

I used your recipe as a base; cleaned some odd & ends out of my fridge. Diced up a little bit of carrot; some onion; had some flavored soft cream cheese - used a couple of heaping tablespoons of that; and finished off with some bacon bits. Thanks for the idea!
