Ham Broccoli Pasta Casserole Recipe
Ham Broccoli Pasta Casserole is made with a creamy, cheesy sauce, packed with pasta, ham and broccoli, and topped with more cheese. This recipe makes a perfect amount for two as a lunch, dinner, or date night. It is easy and quick, ready in about 35 minutes.

- 4 ounces pasta (uncooked)
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 1 clove jarred minced garlic
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup diced ham
- 1 cup frozen chopped broccoli
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 C).
- Spray two 20 ounce oven safe baking dishes with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain.
- At the same time, in a medium sauce pan, heat the oil over medium heat and add the garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 or 2 minutes.
- Whisk in the milk and heat until hot but not boiling.
- Add the cream cheese, salt, and cracked black pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and combined, stirring often.
- Sprinkle in 1/4 cup of grated white cheddar cheese and keep slowly mixing until cheese is completely melted and combined.
- Add the cooked pasta, diced ham, and chopped broccoli to the cream cheese mixture in the pan. Mix together until combined.
- Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into the two oven safe baking dishes, divided evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1/4 cup grated white cheddar cheese, divided evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
