This Bacon Weave Cream Cheese Chicken recipe is so easy with only 4 ingredients. The flavors of cream cheese, chives, chicken and bacon are excellent together and it’s low Carb.

This recipe is moderately low-carb, but not necessarily by Keto extreme low-carb guidelines.

How to make Bacon Weave Cream Cheese Chicken:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 C).

Soften the cream cheese for about 20 seconds in the microwave.

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and chives together.

Spray an 8 x 8 oven safe baking dish with non-stick spray. Click for an 8 x 8 oven safe dish.

Place the two chicken cutlets in the baking dish.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over each chicken cutlet, divided evenly.

Cut each piece of bacon in half. Weave 4 of the halves together by placing 2 vertical and 2 horizontal and then crisscross them together to overlap each other. Repeat with the other 4 bacon halves.

Place one bacon weave over the cream cheese mixture on each chicken cutlet.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

If the bacon is not quite done enough, turn on the broiler and broil six inches from the heat for about 5 minutes or until the bacon is just turning crispy.
