Substitutions
We used boneless chicken breast for the recipe, but it can easily be made with chicken thighs.
Swap out the broccoli with mushrooms or chopped cauliflower.
Try adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese.

How to make Skillet Chicken and Broccoli
Step 1 – Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Set aside.
Step 2 – Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter.
Step 3 – Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until browned. Remove the chicken from the pan, cover, and keep warm.
Step 4 – In the same pan melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, add the garlic, and cook for about 1 minute.
Step 5 – Whisk in the condensed cream of chicken soup. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbly, then turn the heat low.
Step 6 – Add the chicken and broccoli back into the pan cover the pan with a lid and cook for about another 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 7 – Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Pro Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.

- 10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
