jarred minced garlic

condensed cream of chicken soup

chopped fresh broccoli florets

Instructions
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter.
Add the chicken and cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until browned. Remove the chicken from the pan, cover, and keep warm.
In the same pan melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, add the garlic, and cook for about 1 minute.
Whisk in the condensed cream of chicken soup. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbly, then turn the heat low.
Add the chicken and broccoli back into the pan cover the pan with a lid and cook for about another 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
We used boneless chicken breast for the recipe, but it can easily be made with chicken thighs.
Swap out the broccoli with mushrooms or chopped cauliflower.
Try adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
