These 3 Ingredient Roasted Turkey Legs are perfectly roasted the easy way, no flipping or covering with aluminum foil required. Simply season the turkey legs then bake.

How to make this recipe

Step 1 - Remove the turkey legs from the fridge and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 – Brush the inside of a 10” cast iron skillet with olive oil.

Step 3 – Place the drumsticks in the prepared baking dish and brush turkey legs with olive oil on both sides. Next, season turkey legs all over with the rotisserie chicken seasoning. Then add black pepper to taste.

Step 4 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes. After 50 minutes, take them out and start checking the internal temperature with an instant-read thermometer in the thickest part of the leg. If it registers 165°F in the thickest part and the juices run clear, the meat is ready. Otherwise, place them back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the temperature reaches 165°F.

Step 5 - Let the baked turkey legs rest in the baking dish for 10 minutes before serving.

Pro Tips

The cooking time may be longer or shorter depending on the size of the legs, type of baking dish, and type of oven.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

You can freeze cooked turkey meat for up to 3 months.
