These 3 Ingredient Roasted Turkey Legs are perfectly roasted the easy way, no flipping or covering with aluminum foil required. Simply season the turkey legs then bake. This recipe uses just 3 ingredients plus black pepper to taste. It’s a great dinner for a small holiday dinner so you can skip making the whole bird.
Remove the turkey legs from the fridge and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Brush a cast iron skillet or 9x13 casserole dish with olive oil.
Place the drumsticks in the skillet and brush turkey legs with olive oil on both sides. Next, sprinkle each turkey leg all over with the rotisserie chicken seasoning. Then add black pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes. After 50 minutes, take them out and start checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the leg. If it registers 165°F in the thickest part and the juices run clear, the meat is ready. Otherwise, place them back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the temperature reaches 165°F.
Let the tender turkey legs rest in the baking dish for 10 minutes before serving.
