How to make Strawberry Coconut Colada
Blend the rum, strawberries, and sugar in a blender to form a smooth slush. Click for a blender.
Pour the mixture into two tall Hurricane-style glasses, divided evenly.
Rinse the blender.
Add the coconut cream and the pineapple juice into the blender with the ice cubes.
I used 8 ice cubes sized 2.5 inches and crescent-shaped. You may need to adjust lower or higher depending on the size of your ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Slowly pour the mixture into the glasses with the strawberry mixture, divided evenly. The strawberry mixture will ooze upward toward the top along the sides of the glass creating the flowing lava effect.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and paper umbrella, if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
