Breakfast Crunchwraps are an easy and delicious alternative to breakfast burritos which don’t have this amazing crispy fried golden brown tortilla shell.
These are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner for two. The filling options are endless and you can add any of the breakfast ingredients you love the most. This small batch recipe makes 3 Breakfast Crunchwraps.

How to make homemade Breakfast Crunchwraps
Preheat a 16-inch electric skillet to 325 degrees F. Click for a 16 inch electric skillet.
Fry the bacon halves until crisp. Leave the skillet heating at 325 degrees and drain the bacon on a paper towel-lined plate.
At the same time, whisk together the eggs and milk. Melt butter in a different frying pan and scramble until set. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stack the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave them until soft, about 30 seconds.
Place the tortillas on a dinner plate.
Lay 2 half slices of bacon on each tortilla leaving a 1 1/2-inch border.
Divide the eggs into three equal portions and place 1/3 on top of the bacon, spreading into an even layer.
Place a slice of cheese over the eggs.
Add any additional optional ingredients that you like being careful not to overfill the tortilla.
My husband likes lettuce inside his but you can choose whatever you want.
How to fold a Crunchwrap:
Fold the top of the tortilla down over the filling to the center.
Hold that piece down and continue folding the rest of the tortilla, one flap at a time, towards the middle until the filling is completely covered, about 5 or 6 folds.
Carefully flip the crunchwrap over, set aside on a plate, and repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Place the crunchwraps, folded side down, in the heated electric skillet. Cook until golden brown, 2 or 3 minutes on each side, checking often.
Serve and enjoy!

Thank you for the information.! LOL I'm going to try this. My dh is diabetic and I can find tortillas with low carbs and then fold in a lot of protein ingredients at breakfast time so he has something healthy that he can hold in his hand and also last until lunchtime. He loves tortillas for roll ups so this could also add that "crunch" that we sometime crave.

Hi Heather, 392.9 is for each Crunchwrap and includes the optional ingredients listed. My husband ate two and I ate only one so I thought it would be best to post the calories based on each wrap. Thanks for the question :)
