How to make Baked Chocolate Chocolate Donuts:

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

Spray 4 slots of a donut pan with non-stick spray.

In a medium bowl whisk the egg then add oil, sugar, milk, baking powder and cocoa powder.

Slowly add the flour, stirring constantly.

Pour the batter into the donut pan.

Bake the donuts for 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Allow the donuts to cool completely on a wire rack.

Heat the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring and repeating until melted.

Allow the chocolate to cool for 2-3 minutes.

Dip the top of each donut into the chocolate. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more.
