How to make this Hawaiian Breakfast
Step 1 – Cook the rice in a saucepan according to the package directions.

Step 2 – At the same time, mix the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.

Step 3 – Form the beef into two patties.

Step 4 – Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Fry each side of the patties for about 3-5 minutes or until done.

Step 5 – Set the finished patties on a plate lined with a paper towel to drain.
Step 6 – In a saucepan over low heat, mix the beef stock, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch. Whisk until the cornstarch is mixed in.

Step 7 – Add 1 tablespoon butter into the gravy mix in the pan. Keep stirring the gravy until it begins to thicken and simmer.

Step 8 – Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 9 – Add two cracked eggs, sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper, and cook sunny side up (or over easy) keeping the yolks soft. Set aside

Step 10 – Scoop the hot white rice onto two plates, divided evenly.
Step 11 – Layer each with one hamburger patty, and one sunny side up egg, then drizzle on the gravy. Top it with green onions, if desired. Serve it hot and enjoy!

Pro Tips
Try adding some very finely diced sweet onion to the ground beef mixture. Cook until onions are soft and translucent on each side of the patties for about 3-5 minutes.
