How to make Oat Bars with Peanut Butter
Step 1 – In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until melted and blended.

Step 2 – Remove from heat; stir in oats and chocolate chips.

Step 3 – Spread the peanut butter mixture into a greased 6-inch square pan; press lightly to form an even layer. Garnish with extra chocolate chips, if desired.
Step 4 – Cool to room temperature then cover and chill for 1 hour.
