In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until melted and blended.
Remove from heat; stir in oats and chocolate chips.
Spread the peanut butter mixture into a greased 6-inch square pan; press lightly to form an even layer. Garnish with a few extra chocolate chips, if desired.
Cool to room temperature then cover and chill for 1 hour.
