How to make Spam Veggie Casserole

Step 1 – Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces Spam
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces shredded Colby Jack cheese (or cheddar cheese)
  • ½ cup milk
