How to make Whiskey Fudge
Whisk together the milk and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Simmer, whisking often, until milk has reduced by half, about 15 minutes.
Once reduced, remove from the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract. Allow to cool completely.
Line a 6 by 6 inch square cake pan with 6 by 10 inch piece of parchment paper for easy fudge removal. Spray the pan and parchment with non-stick spray. Click for a 6 x 6 inch square cake pan.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave on medium power for about 1 minute. Stir the chocolate with a rubber spatula. Continue heating at 15 second intervals and stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted.

Add the milk mixture and Jack Daniel’s whiskey to the chocolate and stir well to combine.
Pour the mixture into the cake pan. Cover with aluminum foil and chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.
Remove the fudge from the pan by lifting up the parchment paper tabs. Slice into 16 equal pieces.
