Recipe FAQs

What is the best way to cook lobster tails?

We love the grilled method in this recipe. You can also easily boil lobster tails for an amazing dinner. Add the lobster tails to a large pot and fill it with water until the tails are covered. Bring the water to a boil and cook until the meat is translucent, pinkish-white, and the shells are red, about 1 minute per ounce. Drain and allow to cool enough to handle before removing the meat from the shell.
