In a medium bowl, add the mayo, ketchup, melted butter, rice vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and granulated sugar.
Whisk until well combined.
Cover the bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.

This sauce is delicious on top of any rice, but especially fried rice. Try it with this Shrimp Fried Rice or this Hawaiian Fried Rice. It’s also a great dipping sauce for Tempura shrimp, grilled shrimp, chicken, pork, and steak. This is a copycat recipe.
