How to make Spam Veggie Scrambled Eggs

Step 1 – Dice the Spam, green pepper, and onions on a cutting board.

Step 2 – Add the butter to a non-stick frying pan over medium.

Step 3 – Add the diced green peppers once the butter is melted and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4 – Add the diced onions and diced spam to the same pan and continue cooking for another 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5 – Whisk together the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Pour eggs over the fried spam and veggies and let everything cook for about 30-60 seconds without stirring.

Step 6 – Cook, and stir occasionally, until the eggs are thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, but the eggs are not dry. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
