egg noodles

cream of mushroom soup

can solid white albacore chunk tuna in water

frozen peas

Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

shredded cheddar cheese

crushed potato chips
(or French's Fried Onions)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Boil the egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain in a colander.
Drain the solid white albacore chunk tuna.
Mix the cream of mushroom soup, albacore tuna and peas together in medium mixing bowl.
Stir the egg noodles into the tuna mixture.
Place the tuna noodle mixture into two 18.6 oven safe casserole dishes, divided evenly.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
Top each with the cheddar cheese, divided evenly.
Sprinkle the crushed potato chips on top (or French's Fried Onions), divided evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
