whole milk

sour cream

uncooked pasta
(any shape)
Instructions
Sprinkle chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
Dice chicken into bite sized pieces.
Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. You will need a lid in a later step.
Cook and stir chicken cubes in butter about 2 minutes or just until browned.
Add spinach leaves, artichokes, milk, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, and pasta. Stir gently until combined.
Lower heat to medium low, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, about 15 - 20 minutes or until the chicken and pasta are cooked through.
Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired, serve and enjoy.
