Roasted Green Beans with Bacon have tender crisp green beans coated in garlic and olive oil topped with crunchy Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and bacon. Ready in 20 minutes!
Place the beans in a bowl and add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Spray a small baking sheet with non-stick spray and line the beans on it close together in a row.
Top with the Panko breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle on the shredded parmesan cheese.
Cut the bacon into 1 inch pieces and layer on top of the cheese.
Drizzle with remaining 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until bacon is cooked to desired doneness.
Transfer beans to a serving platter or two dinner plates and enjoy!

How to trim green beans: Place the beans on a cutting board with the stems lined up. Use a knife to make one single cut across the beans' tops until the stems are removed. Alternatively, you may be able to purchase green beans that have already been washed and trimmed at the store.
