This Reuben Club Sandwich is a hot grilled sandwich loaded with ham, turkey, bacon, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing all piled high on rye bread! It’s a fun sandwich that is deliciously sloppy to eat and easy to make.

Thousand Island Dressing

Sauerkraut, drained

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Cut the bacon strips in half and place on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until crisp.
When the bacon is done, butter each slice of bread.
Place two bread slices into a large skillet buttered side down.
Spread 1 tablespoon of thousand island dressing on each slice of bread in the skillet.
Next spread on the Sauerkraut and then add slice of Swiss cheese to each.
Pile the turkey, ham, and bacon onto the sandwiches, divided evenly.
Top each with another 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing, followed by another slice of Swiss cheese and bread, butter side up.
Place the skillet over medium heat and grill until bread is golden brown and crispy.
Flip the sandwiches over with a spatula and grill the other side.
