This recipe for no-yeast pizza dough makes a light and tasty pizza with only 6 ingredients! You'll be thankful that you can whip this pizza up with only 15 minutes of prep time, too.
In a small mixing bowl or stand mixer combine all ingredients and mix until a ball of dough forms.
If the dough is too wet and sticky add flour a little bit at a time. If the dough is too dry add water (or milk) a little bit at a time until a soft dough forms.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, to about 1/4 of an inch thick using a rolling pin. (You can also press the dough directly onto the parchment paper on the pan using your hands and skip the rolling pin.)
Transfer the rolled-out dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Top with pizza sauce and desired toppings.
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until done.
Remove the pizza from the oven and serve.
