Instructions
On a cutting board, cut the onion into slices and place them into the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker.
Layer the country style pork ribs on top of the onions.
Lightly sprinkle the ribs with kosher salt and black pepper.
In a bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms.
Add the mushroom gravy over the pork ribs.
Sprinkle the paprika over the soup.
Cover and cook on the low setting for 8 hours, or on high setting for about 4 hours.
Remove the pork to a serving plate and keep warm.
Stir together the cornstarch and water.
Pour the cornstarch slurry mixture into the liquid in the crockpot to thicken the gravy. Repeat these steps for thicker gravy.
Turn the slow cooker to the HIGH heat setting and continue cooking for about 3-5 minutes or until gravy is thickened. Serve and enjoy.
