This easy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo has homemade delicious Alfredo sauce seasoned with garlic, shredded Parmesan cheese, and tender chicken breasts combined with fettuccine pasta and fresh broccoli. It has just 10 ingredients and is ready in just 20 minutes!
On a cutting board, dice the chicken into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the cream cheese into large cubes.
Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
In a large saucepan, boil water over medium-high heat and cook the fettuccine according to the package directions, then drain the pasta water using a colander.
At the same time, in a large frying pan sprayed with non-stick spray, cook and stir the chicken pieces until cooked through about 5 minutes.
Mix in the cream cheese cubes and butter, stirring until the cream cheese and butter are melted.
Add in the milk, Parmesan cheese, jarred minced garlic, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until thickened.
Add the chopped broccoli and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Stir in the fettuccine and cook until warmed through about 2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
