These tasty Individual Broccoli Cheddar Quiches are creamy and cheesy in a flaky crust! Loaded with onions, broccoli, cheese, eggs, and milk, they’re perfect as is—or add your favorite meats or veggies for a personal touch! Enjoy!
Place the oven rack in middle position and preheat to 375 degrees F.
Take the pie crust out of the fridge or freezer and let stand for 15 minutes.
Cut the pie crust in half and place halves into two 18.6 ounce oven-safe baking dishes. It doesn’t have to be pretty! Poke each crust several times with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
While the pie crust bakes, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent about 5 minutes.
Add the onions, broccoli florets, and cheese to the bottom of the pre-baked pie crusts.
In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli mixture, divided evenly.
Place the two oven-safe dishes into the oven and bake for 30 minutes until the quiche is set and the knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
