Add the sliced kielbasa, carrots, minced garlic, cream of chicken soup, hash brown potatoes, beer, salt, and pepper to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a low boil.
Then cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are fork-tender.
