Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a saucepan boil the pasta as directed on the package. Drain the pasta.
At the same time, dice the Spam on a cutting board.
Combine the Spam, soup, mushrooms, black pepper, and cooked pasta in a medium bowl.
Pour the Spam mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Notes
You can sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the casserole before baking.
Try using cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom.
You can substitute leftover ham for the Spam.
Use onions, green peppers, chopped broccoli florets, or fresh baby spinach leaves if you dislike mushrooms.
