Mexican Street Corn Casserole

In a large bowl, mix together corn, mayo, sour cream, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne, and Queso Fresco cheese.

Pour the corn mixture into the prepared dish.

Bake 25 minutes or until heated through and the edges begin to bubble.

Sprinkle Queso Fresco over the casserole and top with the chopped cilantro.
