Simple Turkey Burgers

Dice the onion into very fine pieces and pat very dry with paper towel.

Add the ground turkey, finely diced onion, garlic, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Using your hands or a fork, mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Divide the burger mixture into 2 equal portions. Lightly coat your hands in oil and form into a 1/2 inch thick patty. Set them on the prepared baking sheet.
