Shrimp Macaroni and Cheese
Pasta Shrimp Old Bay Seasoning Butter Cheddar Jack cheese Heavy cream Egg Velveeta cheese Salt Black pepper
Cut each shrimp into 2 or 3 bite sized pieces and sprinkle with the Old Bay seasoning.
Cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes, stirring often until pink and opaque.
Whisk together the egg and heavy cream.
In a sauce pan combine cooked pasta, heavy cream, shredded cheese, and Velveeta cheese.
Stir in the shrimp and butter. Mix it all together and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the pasta mixture, divided evenly, into two 20 oz oven safe baking dishes.
Sprinkle the tops with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until heated through and bubbling around the edges.
