Surf N Turf Burgers

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and the pesto and set aside.

Form the ground sirloin into two round burger patties and season with some salt and pepper.

Grill or fry the sirloin burgers 3 – 4 minutes on each side or until done to your preference.

Melt butter in a pan. Add the chives, salt, pepper and the shrimp to pan. Cook for 2 minutes.

Turn the shrimp over and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and cooked through.

Spready half of the pesto mayo onto each hamburger bun bottom, followed by arugula, the sirloin burgers, the shrimp, and the hamburger bun top. Serve and enjoy!
