Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Place all of the dough ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order listed in the recipe.

Choose the dough cycle on the bread machine. Close lid and press start. Mine takes 90 minutes to finish.

Turn the dough out onto a flat, lightly floured surface.

Using a rolling pin, roll the ball of dough into a circle 1 inch bigger than the pan.

Place 1/4 cup cooking oil in the bottom of the high-sided 12 inch pizza pan. Swirl the pan to coat it evenly.

Place the dough in the prepared pan and spray around the dough edge with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Spoon pizza sauce onto the dough and spread to within 1/2 inch of the edges.

Add your favorite pizza toppings. Bake about 15 minutes or until done.

Cut into 4 - 6 wedges.
