No Bake Cookies

Pre-measure the peanut butter and oats so they are ready to go.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa. Bring to a rolling boil and cook for about 1 ½ minutes. Remove from the heat.

Whisk in the peanut butter and vanilla until well combined.

Add the oats into the chocolate peanut butter mixture and stir until combined. Divide the cookie dough into 4 – 6 equal portions and drop the cookies onto parchment lined cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.

Let the cookies cool completely at room temperature.
