Mini Banana Cakes

In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar.

Add the mashed banana and vanilla.

Mix in the egg.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix.

Pour the batter into the prepared dishes, divided evenly between the two. Bake for 20-25 minutes

In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the cream cheese until smooth.

Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Spread the frosting over the cooled cakes.
