Ingredients
lean ground beef egg yolk Italian style bread crumbs Italian seasoning onion powder salt and pepper spaghetti sauce hoagie sub rolls butter jarred minced garlic shredded mozzarella

Mix together lean ground beef, egg yolk, Italian style bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Roll into balls and place on a small parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

Heat spaghetti sauce in a medium saucepan and simmer covered 10 minutes. When the meatballs are done baking, stir them in.

Soften butter and mix garlic into it.

Spread garlic butter mixture inside each roll.

Heat oven on broil. Place hoagie sub rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and broil open-faced until lightly golden.

Place meatballs, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella in each roll. Broil 1 - 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
