Fish Tacos with Baja Sauce

Cut the fish filets into 4 - 6 long pieces or bite-sized cubes.

Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, cumin, and honey in a bowl. Set aside.

In a shallow wide bowl whisk together the flour, salt, cayenne pepper, egg, and beer until no lumps remain.

Dip the fish into batter and allow excess batter to drip off.

Carefully place into the hot oil. Fry the fish about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Transfer the fish to a paper towel lined plate and season with salt.

Cook the tortillas over an open flame about 30 seconds per side. Add shredded cabbage, beer battered fish, and cream sauce. Serve and enjoy!
