Easy Mini Peach Cobblers

Melt the butter and pour into 7 oz ramekins, divided evenly.

Sprinkle the cinnamon over the butter. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder until combined.

Pour the batter over the melted butter, but do not stir it in.

Place the peach slices on top of the batter, divided evenly.

Bake until golden brown and cooked through.

Allow the individual peach cobblers to cool for about 15 minutes before serving. Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream, if desired, and serve.
